Rules and Regulations

• Participations from each team shall be by “Invitation Basis”. (Total team invited: 8)

• Prior to every league matches, each teams are required to submit payment for the pitch & match officials to an assigned League Committee Member.

• League matches would be played on Saturday and Sunday subject to pitch/venue availability.

• Each teams shall be allowed to register 16 “recognized players”.(Recognized Players=having played more than 3 months for their teams)

• Entrance fee = RM 160.00 (to buy match balls,etc)

• LENGTH OF GAME: 2 x 45 minute halves

• FIFA RULES APPLY, UNLESS LISTED DIFFERENTLY IN TOURNAMENT RULES

• Coaches are responsible for the spectators' behavior. Dissent will not be tolerated. Only registered team officials will be allowed on the side with the players.

• BALL SIZE: size 5 ball.

• DIVISION STANDINGS: Win = 3 pts. Tie = 1 pt. Loss = 0 pt.

• Any team that fails to field 7 players before the scheduled kick off, will forfeit. The score will be 4-0.

• REFEREES DECISIONS ARE FINAL: NO PROTESTS - NO APPEALS. (Respect Campaign by FIFA)

• INCLEMENT WEATHER: The Referees, Field Coordinators, and/or the Tournament Director have the right to stop games due to weather.

• EJECTIONS: Any player, coach, assistant coach or manager receiving a red card will not be permitted to participate in the Remainder of the game and the following game. Suspension from additional games will be contingent upon a review of the violation after receipt of the referee report.

• Stadium C and Stadium D rules must be followed at all times. Violators will be asked to leave the tournament venue.

• HOME TEAM The home team is the first team listed on the schedule. In the case of similar color uniforms, the referee will have the home team change uniforms.

• Shinguards are MANDATORY. Players not having shinguards will not be allowed to play until they are wearing them and have checked by the referee.

• Players' uniforms consist of:

a: soccer jersey with visible, legible and matching numbers

b: matching soccer shorts

c: pair of matching socks

d: pair of soccer shoes (NO SPIKES ALLOWED)

Conduct and Discipline

If additional behavior problems occur, the Organizers reserve the right to levy additional discipline up to and including expulsion from the Tournament.

A League Committee shall be formed to handle disputes or disciplinary actions.
